Title Prompt: In the Dead of Night

Post-Ragnarok. Thor and Loki discover the only time they seem to be able to have a real conversation is in the dead of night, when the cabin’s dark (so they can’t see one another) and they’re both tired, but neither of them can sleep.

Just a series of night time chats leading up to… Dare I say it? Look away, delicate souls. Hand holding and cuddling and obsessively listening to heartbeats and breathing.

They’re a mess. There’s lots of crying, though they both pretend not to be crying a lot (Thor because he doesn't want Loki to be burdened with his tears, not because of any sort of pride like Loki).

It’s midnight, self-administered family therapy turned couples counseling.
